RCE Homes is situated on a relatively flat area with an elevation ranging from 20 to 30 meters above sea level, making it flood free. It is bounded on the north and west by the Bayanan River and to the south by a concrete perimeter fence of Soldier Hills Subdivision. The road network of 8 meters width is also almost flat. It loops around the subdivision from a 10-meter wide main entrance road.

Adequate drainage system have been installed using 10 to 15 inches diameter concrete pipes along both sides of the road

It's geology stems from welded volcanic material or adobe. The PHIVOLCS has issued a certification stating that the nearest possible fault is a kilometer away.
